Jean's Tea Remedy

 

Ginger Tea Remedy

INGREDIENTS:

15 to 18 Strips of Ginger
4 tbs. Brown Sugar
4 cups of water

 

BOILING INSTRUCTIONS:

Place thinly sliced ginger strips into a pot of boiling water and stir in up to 4 tbs. of brown sugar.

Boil the tea until only half of the initial amount of water is left, stirring occasionally.

Your tea is now ready to enjoy.

 

Health Benefits:

Ginger is healing and beneficial for the lungs and provides added moisture especially for dry arid climates.

Brown sugar is soothing and healing for the belly.
